How long has KoliaAngel been in business?
We were established in 2009 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act and have been trading for more than fifteen years. We currently operate four branches: our headquarters at Suite C11, C15, C20, GBE 14 & 15, New Banex Plaza, Wuse II, Abuja, and locations in Minna, Lagos, and Anambra State.

Products and Authenticity
Are all your products genuine?
Yes. Every product we sell is original, sealed, and sourced through official manufacturer or authorised distributor channels. We are an authorised dealer for the brands on our shelves, including Samsung, Apple, Infinix, Tecno, Nokia, Oppo, Xiaomi, Vivo, Huawei, HP, and others. If a product is not authentic, it is not on our shelf.
How do I know what I am buying is real?
Every device leaves our store with its original box, full accessories, and a verifiable IMEI or serial number. You can check the IMEI directly with the manufacturer or with the network operator. Visit our Authenticity Guarantee page for a step-by-step verification guide.
How does your pricing compare to other sellers?
Our pricing is sharp because we buy direct from manufacturers and authorised distributors. We are committed to giving you a fair deal on every transaction. If you find a comparable, genuinely-sourced product elsewhere at a lower price, talk to us. What ultimately sets us apart is everything that comes with the product: real authenticity, real warranty, real after-sales support, and a company that will still be here tomorrow.

Orders and Payment
How do I place an order?
You can order online through this website, walk into any of our branches, or contact our sales team directly. For corporate, government, or bulk orders, please use the Corporate Sales contact.
What payment methods do you accept?

  • USSD and bank apps
  • POS in-store
  • Cash on collection (for in-store pickup only)
  • Approved invoice and credit terms for verified corporate accounts
Do you accept payment in foreign currency?
For most retail orders, we accept Naira. Foreign currency payments may be arranged for specific corporate or wholesale transactions. Please contact our corporate sales team to discuss.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Our checkout uses encrypted payment gateways operated by licensed Nigerian payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver across all 36 states and the FCT. Delivery times and fees depend on your location and the size of your order. See our Shipping and Delivery page for full details.
How long does delivery take?
  • Within Abuja: same day or next day for in-stock items.
  • Other major cities: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Other locations: 3 to 7 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you receive a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also use our Order Tracking page.
Can I pick up from a store?
Yes. Choose "Store Pickup" at checkout and select Abuja, Minna, Lagos, or Anambra. We will notify you when the order is ready.

Returns and Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original sealed packaging, and has all accessories. Some categories, including software, sealed accessories, and personal hygiene items, are not returnable once opened. Full terms are on our Returns Policy page.
What if my product is faulty?
If a product is faulty on arrival or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact our support team. We will guide you through the warranty process and arrange repair or replacement under the manufacturer's terms.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Warranty and Repairs
Do your products come with warranty?
Yes. Every product is covered by the official manufacturer warranty. Warranty length depends on the brand and product type, typically 12 months for phones, laptops, and most appliances. See our Warranty page.
Where do I take a product for repair?
Authorised KoliaAngel branches accept warranty intake. Out-of-warranty repairs and diagnostics are handled at our service centres. See our Service and Repair page.

Dealers and Bulk Buyers
I run a phone shop. Can I buy from KoliaAngel at wholesale prices?
Yes. Wholesale is one of our two core business lines. We offer dealer-grade pricing and consistent supply to retailers across Nigeria. Apply for a dealer account through our Dealer page or contact the wholesale team directly.
Do you supply hotels, offices, schools, and government?
Yes. Our corporate sales team handles bulk procurement for institutions, including custom invoicing, delivery scheduling, installation support, and after-sales service contracts.

Account and Privacy
Do I need an account to shop?
Yes. To place an order, you will need to create a KoliaAngel account. This lets you keep your order history in one place, track current orders, save your delivery addresses for faster checkout, manage warranty claims and returns, and access your past invoices any time you need them. Creating an account takes less than a minute.
How do you handle my personal data?
